Your doin well at this, here’s a couple of things to keep in mind while shooting, try settin the camera up to shoot below the meter by 1 full stop or meter just yer pup and see what it looks like, it helps saturate color and gives it more contrast… Also shoot up towards yer dog or on his level it will make yer dog appear more regal, watch yer background ( I chk the area for suitable background before a shoot, sometimes it’s impossible to not have distractions but this way it limit’s them)… Shoot fast with a good aperture usually not below 5.0- 6.3-7.1-8.0 etc… And have the sun to yer back especially if shooting the sky or sky reflection… Early morning or late evening is best but you have to have enough light to shoot fast so not that early… Keep up the goot werk…
Ooop’s one more thing try to keep the dogs eye in focus that really makes a shot… Good Luck and Good Shooting…
